December at a Glance

Happy new year, friends! The month of December and the year of 2010 have both left us. I’m thankful to you all for journeying with me on my biggest adventure of 2010–blogging! Here’s a December decorativity recap…January is gonna be exciting, I can feel it!

We started December with one of my favorite decorative items, 2011 calendars! Jane hancock papers was awesome enough to share their handmade letterpress calendar with us, then I rounded up photography calendars and calendars for your wall and your desk. I whipped up a quick holiday gift guide for the important people in your life. I got to share some exciting highlights from the lavish! conference I attended in Atlanta. Thanks to the conference, I got an inside scoop on Design Star auditions (happening in Atlanta this coming Saturday!). This month the Color Wheel featured Winter White. I shared with you some images from holiday decorating in my home. The amazing Creature Comforts blog shared awesome free printable downloads to make our gift wrapping more cheerful, and I attempted handmade gifts and wrapping for the first time. Finally, we closed out 2010 with some short surveys to help decorativity plan for the future! I’m gonna go ahead and call it…a fun month and a great year, thanks to the amazing and talented people and ideas I get to write about all the time! More to come!
